What if I told you… You can enjoy family time without being prepared for what could happen. You can make it across town without honking your horn. You can communicate with your spouse and children without feelings of frustration. I work with bereavement, relationship distress, PTSD, and trauma reaction. I have worked with veterans and their families for the past two years as well as nonmilitary individuals and families for 6 years. Coming from a military and first responder background, I've walked with trauma being a part of my daily life, normalizing anxiety and depression. Coming to therapy we will work on challenging your norms while learning to control your anxiety and depression instead of it controlling you.
