Anthony A.J. Saber

I am a dedicated mental health counselor, ministry leader, and owner of The Oasis Counseling Group, with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges through compassionate, evidence-based care. In addition to private practice work, I also serve clients through Insight Counseling, providing support for concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, emotional regulation, addiction-related struggles, and personal growth. As a licensed minister with the ALJC, I bring a unique understanding of the spiritual, emotional, and relational dynamics that often accompany ministry life and faith-based communities. Having experience preaching and serving within the church, I understand the nuances of ministry, leadership pressures, family dynamics in church culture, and the importance of integrating faith and mental wellness in a healthy and balanced way. My counseling approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and practical growth. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to move toward healing and lasting change.
