Amanda Thomas

Amanda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate (LCASA) in the state of North Carolina and has provided therapy to people of all ages. She obtained a BSW from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis and in Psychology. Amanda earned a master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and is a current Ph.D. student of Biblical Counseling at Regent University. She completed a clinical internship at Bay Area Psychology Associates and utilizes flexible treatment options, including a faith-based approach that allows individuals and families to honor their belief system in therapy. Amanda utilizes a solution-focused approach and a biblical model of emotional/behavioral change. Amanda is currently seeing individuals and families who reside in the state of North Carolina.
