Karl Lamb

I am a compassionate Christian counselor dedicated to fostering emotional, relational, and spiritual wholeness through a Christ-centered, client-focused approach. I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and am a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) as well as a Board-Certified Christian Counselor through the National Association of Christian Counselors. I am also a certified facilitator for both Prepare-Enrich and SYMBIS, and have completed Level 1 Clinical Training in the Gottman Method. Counseling is both a professional calling and a sacred ministry of healing. Guided by biblical truth and the love of Christ, I walk alongside individuals and couples as they navigate life’s challenges, integrating faith with evidence-based practice to support healing of mind, body, and spirit. My style is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental—creating a safe space where every person is valued as an image-bearer of God. In my work with couples, I facilitate premarital exploration and I also help partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, deepen emotional and spiritual intimacy, and cultivate a marriage rooted in God’s design.
