Falicia Miller


I Earned my Master's in Licensed Professional Counseling (LPC) from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va. in 2016. While at LU I was trained in Christian Counseling. I Currently hold a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Indiana and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado. I completed the internship in addition to the residency post grad hours while working at the Children's Bureau, Inc's Courage Center. as the in-house Therapist. During this time I worked with children and adolescents that have experienced complex trauma that included physical and sexual abuse, adoption, abandonment, and human trafficking. During my time at Courage Center, I also taught various training's regarding mental health diagnosis, trauma-informed care, and how to be supportive of clients who have extensive trauma. It is a privilege to be allowed into the vulnerable spaces of the broken. Healing is a long-game journey that takes time to build trust and faith in humans. I also work to bridge Clients and Ministry teams to heal communication so the Body of Christ remains whole. I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brainspotting (BSP) Certified, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (T-FCBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Delectable Behavioral Therapy, Christian Counseling, and Mindfulness. Currently I support adult men and women with reconstruction from their religious trauma into a healthy connection with God. Support healing the childhood abuse wounds that affect people from becoming whole. Support couples with marriage counseling. I also support churches with trainings on mental health and the church.
