Congratulations for taking the first step towards your mental health recovery. I am Rosalyn an associate counselor licensed in Texas. As an apostolic counselor, I understand that God does the healing, so my approach to therapy consists of helping individuals reconstruct negative thought patterns, behaviors, and identities that prevent them from living in the fullness of who God has called them to be. While I work with many different types of situations, I primarily focus on adults with childhood or adult trauma who find themselves “stuck” in unhealthy thought patterns and behaviors.
