Connor Stewart

I greatly enjoy working with individuals who are motivated to grow and actively involved in their own care. As the son of an Apostolic pastor and long-time evangelist, I have had the opportunity to engage with people from a wide variety of oneness churches, cultures, and geographical locations. I approach the therapeutic process from a perspective of curiosity, and use a broad range of professional, cultural, and life experiences to connect with a diverse spectrum of patients. Having served for several years as a first responder in the state of Oregon I saw the impact of trauma firsthand, and remain dedicated to approaching trauma, anxiety, and depression through a lens of understanding and compassion. My goal is to facilitate, nurture, and cultivate a strong foundation that generates long-term success for the patient. My therapeutic approach is primarily Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Interpersonal Neurobiology, while incorporating aspects of Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I am trained in Brainspotting, and offer this as an effective option for my patients.
