Feona Garrick

Dr. Feona Garrick is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Clinician, Christian Counselor and Life Coach with extensive experience helping individuals navigate emotional, relational, and spiritual challenges. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University in New York and holds a Doctorate in Clinical Christian Counseling from Restoration Theological Seminary. With a diverse background spanning hospitals, outpatient mental health clinics, and nonprofit family service organizations, Dr. Garrick brings a wealth of clinical expertise to her practice. She is the CEO and Founder of Hope Counseling Solutions Corp, where she provides compassionate, evidence-based care rooted in both sound clinical practice and biblical principles. As a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, Dr. Garrick integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), exposure therapy, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused interventions into her work. She approaches therapy through collaborative, spiritually integrated, and culturally responsive lenses, creating a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth. Dr. Garrick specializes in helping individuals overcome the effects of complex trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, marital and family conflicts, sexual addiction and pornography-related issues, as well as other significant life transitions. Her passion is bringing hope to those facing despair and adversity, empowering them to move from a place of stagnation and brokenness toward healing, wholeness, and purpose. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Garrick is an experienced group facilitator, seminar presenter, and conference host. She is deeply committed to her calling of helping individuals regain control of their lives and achieve emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being. Dr. Garrick also serves alongside her husband in ministry at The Open Door Apostolic Tabernacle in Brooklyn, New York. She currently accepts most major commercial insurance plans in New York and Connecticut and provides secure virtual therapy sessions through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
